Technical Support Engineer - Heating
Technical Support Engineer required for a global leader of HVAC solutions. This is an exciting role that will lead to Technical Support Manager, Technical Manager, Technical Sales or similar within the business.
This is suitable for a Mechanical Engineer with knowledge of commercial or industrial heating systems
Package:
- Salary starting at 45,000 depending on experience, increasing incrementally following probation and approximately every 6 - 12 month thereafter

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems with heating systems and associated equipment
- Offer expert guidance on product installation, maintenance, and operation to clients and team members
- Work closely with the engineering and sales teams to support customer needs and deliver solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in the support system
- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and industry trends
- Assist with product testing and quality assurance processes as needed
- Collaborate with the team to develop and improve support processes and documentation
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in engineering or a HVAC related field
- Experience of HVAC or refrigeration design or R&D
- Comfortable in a customer facing environment
