Finance Assistant 25,000 Glasgow City Centre


We're recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join a leading property management and factoring company based in the heart of Glasgow City Centre. If you're organised, great with numbers, and eager to develop your finance skills, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register utility invoices on the CPL system
  • Handle customer calls and emails
  • Resolve customer queries with colleagues
  • Post and bank customer cash and cheques
  • Process incoming BACS payments
  • Reconcile daily card payments
  • Organise customer refunds
  • Update monthly contractor payments and add new contractors to CPL
  • Allocate contractor invoices for approval
  • Reconcile statements


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in property management is preferred but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills for dealing with customers and colleagues
  • Familiarity with accounting systems and proficiency in Excel
