Childcare Worker

Rosemount Nursery have an exciting vacancy for a qualified childcare worker to join our team within our newly opened baby room. We are looking for a highly motivated, friendly and fun person who can work great as part of a small team.

The successful candidate should have HNC or SVQ qualification in Early Years and although experience would be an advantage newly qualified practitioners will be considered.

Our baby room has capacity for 9 babies from 6months to two years and is based within our learning and event building in Royston.

A first aid certificate and ReHis would also be an advantage. The role consists of the daily care, feeding, nappy changing and well planned activities to engage our youngest children.

The candidate should have current knowledge of Realising the Ambition, Setting the Table and Child Protection.

A knowledge of the use of Learning Journals who also be an advantage but full support and training will be provided.
