We are seeking an HR Team Leader to ensure the smooth running and continuous improvement of the HR Operations Team. You will manage a team of HR Administrators to deliver high-quality transactional and business support services across the full employee life-cycle processing.
This is a fixed term contract until June 2025, with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for HR Operations, collaborating with peers and stakeholders to develop and deliver efficient People Services.
- Continually review HR processes to ensure they are fit for purpose, contributing to the successful integration of HR projects, including future HR systems implementation.
- Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and enhancing service delivery, working with colleagues to implement changes.
- Monitor trends and metrics to drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Manage a small team of HR Administrators, ensuring appropriate work distribution, capacity management, and adherence to standards of excellence in their daily work.
- Collaborate closely with peers within the People Business Services Team, the wider People Team, and external partners (e.g., Payroll and IT) to ensure seamless delivery of processes and projects.
