Front of House Team Leader

The successful candidate will provide a friendly, front of house service to students, staff, and visitors, upholding high standards of customer service, security & safety for students, visitors, and staff.

The ideal candidate will be able to deal with potentially challenging situations and they must be able to handle conflict in a calm, proportionate and professional manner. They will work closely with the Health & Safety team, dealing with emergency situations, spotting and responding to hazards and they will be part of the First Aid and Fire Evacuation team. They will also support the Front of House Co-Ordinator.

Salary: Grade 3, £30,604 - £31,509 per annum (Starting salary will commence at £30,604)
