As the successful post holder, you will assist the Head of Facilities Management in the development and implementation of all aspects of Cleaning Management within the College.
In addition to this you will implement a process of benchmarking for Cleaning Management that ensures continuous improvement.
To apply for this position, you must have at least 5 years’ experience in providing a Cleaning Management service within a large complex environment, preferably education. You must also have a good understanding of Health and Safety, be IT literate and able to demonstrate a knowledge of systems relevant to the post. In addition to this you must be able to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties and be able to delegate effectively and manage the performance of others.
